FPT work with vulnerable children and our Out-Reach staff are important in their development of building relationships.

Our Mentors work closely as team to build initial bonds with our students in their first steps in building trusting relationships with adults either in student homes and libraries or in centre. 

 

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

  • Essex

  • Outreach and in Centre

  • Long term

  • Flexible

  • Minimum Wage 

  • 8:30 am – 3:30pm (flexible working hours can be agreed)

 

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Patient, friendly and trustworthy 

  • Organisation Skills

  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (or we will provide)

  • Driving License

 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE , YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK

  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

  • Provide two professional  references covering the last 2 years
