FPT work with vulnerable children and our Out-Reach staff are important in their development of building relationships.

Our Introduction to Learning Tutor are the first step for students reengaging in education, and will consist of working on projects and basic skills in the student's home, public libraries or at our centre on Canvey Island.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Essex

• Outreach and in Centre

• Long term

• Flexible

• Min wage-£15 per hour depending on experience

• 8:30 am – 3:30pm (flexible working hours can be agreed)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or equivalent 

• Previous experience working with children in education setting/environment

• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (or we can provide)

• Driving License

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE , YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK

• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

• Provide two professional  references covering the last 2 years
